Welcome to the Web site of Grace Community Church! We established this presence on the Internet so that we might serve you.

We are a family of Christians. Back in the mid-1960s, a small group of adults began meeting together to launch a new church in the Back Mountain that would be guided by the principles outlined in our Doctrinal Statement, Constitution, and By-Laws. Gathering at various locations and finally at out current facility on the west side of Route 415 just north of Route 118 in Dallas, Grace Community Church has enjoyed our Lord's blessings at every turn. We have watched folks come to know and love Jesus Christ more and more over the years as they felt our love for people, as they heard our bold proclamation of the gospel of Jesus' death and resurrection to save everyone from sin, and as they saw us engaged in Christian outreach both at home and abroad.

We view ourselves as a new society--a family--that intentionally displays the miraculous, transforming power of God in individuals and relationships before a watching, needy world. The Lord has been pleased to lead and provide for us in some fascinating ways over the years. We are both thrilled and humbled to be a part of His mighty work, and we look forward to even greater opportunities for service to come!

We are far from a perfect church (such a church exists only in heaven), but we have definitely experienced the love, the beauty, and the heartfelt joy that can come only from a saving relationship with the God of the Bible.
